Minnesota Fringe
Fringe opens Thursday

The 15th annual Minnesota Fringe starts on Thurs., July 31! You'll need to look at the schedule, buy some tickets and, of course, get a T-shirt.

But Fringe is so much more than a performing arts event... It's a festival. And as such, we like to party... Announcing Fringe Central at Bedlam, presented by Summit Brewing Co.!

Bedlam ExteriorBedlam Theatre (on the West Bank) is Minneapolis' premiere social-hub-theater. With a stage, funky lounge spaces and outdoor patio with one of the best skyline views in Minneapolis, Bedlam is the perfect choice for the epicenter of the Fringe. Fringe Central is open daily and nightly 'til 2 a.m. during festival, opening at 4 p.m. on weekdays and at noon on weekends. Fringe Central features a lineup of six tap Summit beers, organic wine and Polish fusion food. Na zdrowie, baby!

Fringe Central menu

Bedlam is creating a special Fringe menu featuring quick-serve and sit-down items alike. And food is served every night 'til close—perfect for hungry little Fringers!

Food to go: Pizza, bag lunches and sandwiches

Dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. nightly featuring Bedlam's homemade pierogies

Late-night eats: Hot sandwiches, all-beef and tofu dogs and introducing Fringe fries

Ice cream cookie sandwiches: Bedlam's own refreshing little sugar treat

$3 Summit pints during Fringe Happy Hour (4-7 p.m. and 10-11 p.m.) with six yummy Summits on tap

Delicious wine list with Etica fair-trade wine, coffee on ice and retro-sodas
