MSN City Guides calls out Minnesota Fringe in a great guide to summer theater festivals across the country:
The rules, according to Executive Director Robin Gillette, are simple: “The only thing we ask is that the artists obey the laws of Minneapolis and of physics. Everything else is up for grabs.”
I love that quote. And, also, I love that Coco Fondue—our resident queen of the lottery—gets a shout-out on MSN.

Minnesota Women’s Press has a preview article about two shows in the festival, “If a Tree Falls” and “My War: From Bismarck to Britain and Back.”
“Minnesota’s Fringe is a vibrant event and a great venue for people to experience new things,” said Carol Flint-Kaliebe, an Edina artist performing at the 15th annual festival. “This is a terrific chance to showcase our work, get feedback and see what others are doing, too.”
